Проблем с PayPal

Картата е на мъжа ми и е издадена в България. Попълних неговите имена, защото все пак картата е на негово име, но зададох страна България, написах си адреса в България, и моя имейл и телефон. Днес отново пробвах да вляза и ето какво ми изписва:

Вчера зададох въпрос и ето какво писмо имаше днес на имейла ми:
